1. Data Collection and Sharing

I collect basic demographic information, such as name, email, phone, etc, for managing my communications with my clients. I will never share or sell this information with third parties or advertisers.

This demographic information will be stored or shared only with services that are necessary for our meetings and direct communications, such as video meeting services, appointment reminders, email list management services for my own newsletters, etc.

2. Your Privacy Matters

Our conversations stay between you and me. I will never share identifiable details about you without your explicit permission.

3. Sharing Insights Without Identifying You

Sometimes I may share general insights from my work to help others. For example:

“I personally prefer naming my inner critics for the specific roles they play (self‑shamer, self‑doubter), while others find it helps them find compassion for their parts by giving them human names. There’s no single universal approach, whichever works best for you.” I will never include any details that could identify you.

I don’t foresee this happening often, but if I think a story that contains specifics could be helpful to share, I will ask if you would like me to share it and allow you to review it first. You are always free to say no without it affecting our work together.

4. Recording Video Sessions

4.1. For our initial discovery call, I may ask to record the conversation. You can decline, and it will not affect the call in any way.

4.2. Once you become a client, I will record our video sessions to help me give you better feedback and improve my services.

  • These recordings will never be shared with anyone without your explicit permission.

  • You can request copies of your recordings at any time.

  • I generally delete recordings approximately one month after our current batch of coaching sessions concludes, unless we agree otherwise.

  • Recordings may be stored in the video service’s storage platform for a time, and on my own local computer.

5. Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your data. Recordings stored on my local computer are on a password-protected device, and files in the cloud are secured by the service provider’s encryption.

6. AI & Technology

I use paid, professional versions of Zoom and Google Meets which are covered by strict commercial privacy agreements.

  • No Training on Your Data: Both Zoom’s and Google’s legal terms explicitly state that they do not use your audio, video, or chat content to train their AI models. Your sessions remain private to us.

  • AI Summaries: I may use Zoom’s "AI Companion" or Google’s Gemini for Workspace to generate summaries or transcripts to help me be fully present with you. These summaries are processed securely and are not used to train third-party AIs. I will always let you know if this feature is active.

7. Your Rights

You can request:

  • Copies of your recordings, transcripts, and summaries

  • Deletion of your data (Right to be Forgotten)

For all data or other privacy requests, simply email [email protected] with the subject line 'Privacy Request'

8. Legal Exceptions

The only time I may share information without your consent is if required by law or if I believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or others.
